Make sure to use all available clues to answer your question. Sometimes, the question already provides part of the answer. For example, if a question mentions “a wizard” you know the answer has to be a piece of media with a wizard in it, usually meaning you can cross off one or two options. Another way to use context to figure out the answer is to look if any of the answers are very similar. Usually with multiple choice questions, if two answers are very similar one of them is the correct one, giving you a 50/50 chance to guess correctly.
Lastly, if you’re playing any team-based trivia, try to specialize in different themes. Become a geography pro, and let your friend handle all the pop culture questions.
